Christine Brown and Fiancé David Woolley Shade Kody With a Giant Tray of Nachos

Those who have been tuning into TLC's Sister Wives for the reason that starting know all too neatly the infamous nachos incident involving Christine Brown. However, people who've not too long ago become lovers of the polygamous circle of relatives due to more than one wives leaving Kody Brown will not be familiar with the story.
Let's take a better take a look at what went down with the nachos — because Christine and her fiancé subtly shaded Kody in an Instagram post that includes the cheesy chips.

Ah sure, the notorious nacho incident. Kody and Christine have introduced up the story several instances on Sister Wives. However, the story first of all gained traction once they wrote about it in the Brown circle of relatives's 2013 memoir, Becoming Sister Wives: The Story of an Unconventional Marriage.
The incident came about when Kody and Christine have been nonetheless courting — and it seems that, the picture of Christine devouring a plate of chili cheese nachos was perpetually seared into Kody's reminiscence.
Kody recounted the tale in their ebook, explaining that he and Christine — who he described as "the cutest girl in the world, although she was a little chubby" — had been on a road shuttle. After they had been riding all night, they stopped at a fuel station.
“Christine went into the Quickie Mart and bought herself what seemed like the biggest portion of chili cheese nachos that I’d ever seen," he wrote. "The sight of the ones nachos turned my abdomen. I couldn’t watch her devour them. She will have to were ravenous because she was once consuming so briefly, and there used to be chili sauce and nacho cheese in all places.”
Kody persevered within the memoir: “Looking again, I hate myself for the ideas I had at that moment, but the sight of this chubby lady in my automotive devouring chili cheese nachos for breakfast put the brakes on our courting. It brought out essentially the most superficial and shallowest aspect of me. I nonetheless favored her — in fact, I appreciated her very a lot — but the nacho experience cooled my enchantment a bit of — well, so much.”

On April 18, 2023, both Christine and David took Instagram to percentage footage from a meal they shared together. It featured certainly one of her favorites: nachos!

Another TikTok video reaction featured a blurb from an interview when Natalie Morales interviewed the Browns. In the clip, Kody says, "I will be honest, I was not attracted to Christine in any kind of physical sense," relating to the nachos incident.
Natalie then clarifies, "So. you were not attracted to Christine?" to which Kody replies, "That's an understatement."
Kody continues, "The nachos grossed me out enough to go, 'OK, I'm waiting to marry her.'"
