Following the death of Miss Frances, Ryan returns to Serenity which stirs up his past with Helen. The two prior to now split as a result of Helen needs youngsters and to stay in the small the town while Ryan didn't want to ever calm down. "Just second-guessing, I guess," Logan said. "[Helen] and Ryan were really that like first love, you know, this is back when they were in high school.
