NBC is likely to air a repeat because of the current writer's strike. At time of writing, we don't know when SNL will resume new episodes, without end to the strike.

Season forty seven wrapped up with a finale in May, so we hope the writers succeed in a solution and fans get a finale earlier than this season is over.
