To the out of doors international, the lives of young men and women living in Amish country have been a complete thriller for centuries. But fast-forward to the present day, and TLC's network has begun airing displays like Breaking Amish and Return to Amish, which intend to be offering viewers a look into their unique tradition. Many critics have felt that these displays don't in fact replicate Amish reality, on the other hand, which has led many to wonder whether the Return To Amish collection is scripted.

Is the TLC sequence 'Return to Amish' scripted?
In 2016, Kate Stolz, who seemed in the early seasons of Breaking Amish and Return to Amish, criticized the fact show in a collection of tweets. According to US Weekly, she wanted the show's fanatics to ask her questions so that they could be higher informed. In the since-deleted tweets, she wrote, "Doing a reality show was one of the worst decisions I made in my life. Everything on the show is so edited and out of context."
The style and type designer also tweeted at a journalist who she felt mistook why she have been crying in a promo. In that tweet, she declared, "I was upset because the producers keep us in a room for hours and ask the same questions over and over — they're relentless. If we don’t give them the answer they want, they keep us in there until we cry or give them the answer they want.”
Kate chose to leave Return to Amish after Season 3.

Two years later, Kate was interviewed by In Touch. When asked whether or not the Amish series was scripted, she told the outlet, "I really cannot [say]. I'm sorry," and added that she was not in touch of any of her former cast members. While it’s not clear to what degree Return to Amish is scripted, it does seem that whether or not viewers believe in the reality of the series, they still enjoy watching the show.

‘Return to Amish’ Season 7 features some familiar faces.
There will be plenty of drama and even new stars in this season of Return To Amish. But fans will also get an inside look at how some familiar relationships are progressing. In the trailer, we learn that Rosanna wants to explore what life is like in "the English world," and Johnny is firm on wanting to continue living within the Amish community, which creates tension between the couple.
Additionally, Carmela is trying to conceive and start a family with her husband Jeremiah.

In the seventh season, Jethro makes a decision to leave Sabrina, who is currently pregnant with their 3rd kid. Overall, this season of Return to Amish will feature a slew of ups and downs for the TLC stars.
