Few in truth went out in their approach to to find all 900 Korok seeds in 'Breath of the Wild.' 'Tears of the Kingdom' we could players search revenge for that.
Anyone who dumped more than 20 hours into Breath of the Wild knows that certainly one of the most annoying portions of the game used to be discovering Korok seeds.
Koroks, the little woodland spirits Link can see around Hyrule, left little puzzles for our hero to search out. Though these puzzles are in most cases fairly simple (and a little repetitive, relying on how many you've controlled to hunt down), discovering all 900 of them was what averted many players from completing all of Breath of the Wild.
For the ones hoping to be rid of these worrying wooded area creatures, they have, in fact, returned in Tears of the Kingdom — and yes, it is important to collect their seeds once more you probably have any hope of expanding your weapons stock with Hestu.
Thankfully, the puzzles are a little other this time around (albeit in a similar way anxious), however those who are bored to death with these wooded area spirits are the use of Link's new and improved Zonai abilities to... neatly, devote "war crimes."
'Tears of the Kingdom' players are looking for revenge on Koroks.
In Tears of the Kingdom, there are quite a lot of Koroks scattered around the Sky Islands and on the mainland who want Link's help. Instead of fixing a foolish little puzzle to get them to reveal themselves, those Koroks are on a project to peer their buddy (who's typically on a different island/landmass). For the candy, candy praise of two Korok Seeds, all players have to do is reunite the two.
But some are doing the rest but reuniting the Korok with its buddy.
Thanks to Link's new Ultrahand talent, players can fuse a wide variety of materials in combination to make buildings, automobiles, weapons — really, the rest your imagination can dream up. Though NPCs are usually resistant to Link's skills, the Korok that must be reunited with its good friend is the exception. As a part of the puzzle solutions, players can use Ultrahand to fuse the Korok to their creation to assist transfer it.
Instead, those poor Koroks are dealing with terrible, tragic deaths.
Some love to stay their revenge easy, throwing the Korok off the facet of a Sky Island and strolling away. Others, though, have extra creative concepts.
Plenty of players have decided to crucify their Koroks, attaching them to it and surroundings it on fire. One user even determined to put that go on a wagon and cart it round Hyrule.
Others have opted for extra violent punishments. One TikTok user lined up a couple of Koroks and shot at them the usage of quite a lot of Zonai gadgets, firing squad style. Another opted to glue more than one to a rotating pole and roast them over a fireplace, while one attached 10 rockets to it and despatched it off into area.
"You can get a hydrant so I've been waterboarding every Korok I can," one commenter piped in on TikTok.
"The amount of war crimes I've seen Link commit is astonishing," every other joked.
Thankfully, none of these movements in fact kill the Korok being maimed, and for those who stroll away from the area after "disposing" of your Korok, it's going to reappear later and help you whole the puzzle. But you are also only rewarded with two Korok seeds for your whole effort, and infrequently, the TikToks that come out of players' creativity are the absolute best praise of all.
