We're now midway thru Gerry Turner's adventure on The Golden Bachelor, and we should say — the process appears to be working! The retired restauranteur has evolved passionate connections with several women, and now we have a very good feeling he'll leave the display with the love of his existence.
But with these more potent relationships comes heartbreak; Gerry has to say goodbye to these he does not think is the one for him. However, some of the golden-aged girls, including Nancy Hulkower, save him the trouble and self-eliminate from the wildly common dating show.

Why did Nancy leave 'The Golden Bachelor'?
Nancy flew beneath the radar for a bit, but in the second episode, she and Gerry bonded over the lack of their respective spouses. They were pretty steady for a bit, but ultimately, their connection fizzled out.
In Episode 4, the retired internal fashion designer couldn't catch a wreck. The pickleball tournament staff date left Nancy with a rigidity fracture in her leg; all through the cocktail birthday celebration, she advised the final girls, "It hurts ... I'm just hanging in."

Then, the 60-year-old widower was caught paying attention to the other ladies boast about their intense connections with the main man. After some time, Nancy learned she needed to have a serious dialog with Gerry. So, whilst dressed in a strolling boot, she limped into one final chat with the Golden Bachelor himself.

"You're a lot more passionate with other people," Nancy advised the 72-year-old widower, adding, "I think you've, in a way, narrowed it down. But maybe I'm not in that group."
Unlike different franchise leads, Gerry did not need to lead any of those women on and provides them false hope. He used to be very simple and instructed Nancy, "Um, I'm really not gonna dispute that."

With the leading guy confirming her biggest fears, Nancy did not bother sticking round for the rose ceremony. In the end, she and Gerry hugged one last time sooner than she left the Bachelor mansion for excellent.
Before he passed out his closing roses at the rose rite, Gerry informed the other women that "saying goodbye to Nancy this afternoon was very difficult." Nevertheless, the Indiana native couldn't deny that a few of his connections were already a lot deeper than others, and he had to follow his center.
