Home renovation sequence Windy City Rehab follows interior fashion designer Allison Victoria and contractor Donovan Eckhardt as they become townhomes and apartments all over Chicago. During Season 2, the companions had a falling out after it was alleged that Donovan mismanaged their projects' finances and was accused of misguided work. In 2021, Donovan filed a lawsuit in opposition to Discovery Inc. for defamation and emotional misery.
